Shipping Information

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly and accurately as possible. The shipping charge is calculated based on your “Ship To” location. Most products are shipped from our warehouse in San Clemente, CA.


Orders of in-stock merchandise received by 1:00 pm PST are shipped out the same day. Orders received after 1:00 pm PST are processed and shipped out the next business day. If we are unable to ship an item within this time, we will contact you with the estimated time of shipment and will give you the opportunity to change or cancel your order. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are received.


  • Standard Shipping is via FedEx Ground®. Estimated processing and delivery is within 1-6 business days, depending on the geographic location.
  • FedEx Express® shipping is via air transport. FedEx Priority Overnight®, FedEx 2Day® and FedEx 3Day® are available when requested. The order must be placed before 1:00 pm PST to ship the same day.
  • International Orders may be shipped via US Postal Service, FedEx Express and FedEx International Ground®. The Customer is responsible for customs fees, duties and taxes.
  • Items with "FREE SHIPPING" will be shipped via FedEx Ground or FedEx Smartpost.  If expedited shipping is needed, please contact customer services at (800) 215-9555.  Free Shipping only available to customers in the contiguous United States.  International customers and those living in HI and AK do not qualify.  
  • FedEx Ground, FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2Day, FedEx 2Day A.M., FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx Priority Overnight, and FedEx First Overnight do not deliver on weekends.
